REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS - Please print all the requirements below and deliver them via either mail or hand delivery. If you prefer, you may complete the on-line application instead of the paper application. Please print a copy of the on-line application review page for your records. All other sections must be printed and delivered to our office.

The early-bird application deadline is Friday, December 4, 2009.
The late application deadline is Friday, January 15, 2010.
- Two recommendations from instructors in your major area who have taught you at Indiana University Bloomington. At least one must be from a faculty member familiar with your academic work.
- Copies of official transcripts from colleges or universities that you have attended other than Indiana University.
- Signed and dated Financial Need Assessment and Documentation form, copies of appropriate federal tax form (see page 3 of application), and most recent financial aid documentation (see page 4 of application)
- Signed and dated Authorization and Affirmation. THIS PAGE MUST BE SIGNED AND SUBMITTED WITH YOUR APPLICATION.
IMPORTANT:
Only students whose applications are complete will be considered for participation in the McNair Scholars Program at Indiana University-Bloomington. A personal interview with McNair Scholars Program Staff is a part of the application process. Applications must be complete before an interview is scheduled.
